Information & Frequently Asked Questions
Arrival Information
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time to check in, settle in, and enjoy the spa amenities. Arriving late may result in a shortened service so we may honor the experience of all guests.
Age Requirement
Spa services and amenities are available to guests 16 years of age and older. For guests under the age of 16, please contact Mana Ola Spa directly to discuss available services and booking options.
Reservations & Cancellations
We kindly ask that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Service Charge
For your convenience, a 22% service charge is applied to all services. Of this amount, 20% is provided directly to your service provider. Any additional gratuity for exceptional service is entirely at your discretion.
Personal Belongings & Valuables
We recommend leaving jewelry and other valuables at home or secured in your hotel safe. Mana Ola Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings.
Health & Wellness
Please let us know of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or other considerations that may affect your spa experience. This allows our team to personalize your service with your comfort and well-being in mind.
Spa Environment
To preserve a peaceful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile devices be silenced and conversations kept at a considerate volume while enjoying the spa.

Spa services, retail purchases, gift cards, packages, and promotional offerings may be subject to individual terms and conditions. Please inquire with our team for additional details.
