Do I need a reservation or do you accept walk-ins?
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend making a reservation, especially during weekends and holidays.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time to check in, enjoy spa amenities, and fully unwind before your treatment begins.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full service fee. This allows us to respect the time of our therapists and accommodate other guests.
What should I arrive wearing?
Please arrive in comfortable attire. Robes, slippers, and secure lockers will be provided for your use. Our therapists are trained to ensure your comfort and privacy at all times.
Are gratuities included?
To ensure a seamless experience, a 20% service charge is applied to all services. The majority (18%) is provided directly to your practitioner, with the remaining 2% supporting the spa. Should your experience exceed expectations, additional gratuity is always appreciated, though never expected.
What if I have health concerns or special requests?
Your well-being is our priority. Please inform our spa concierge at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or special preferences so we may tailor your experience accordingly.
